I cannot connect to the VPN, what should I do?

If you are unable to connect to the VPN, you can try these troubleshooting steps:


  1. Try connecting to a different VPN server.
  2. Quit the app, relaunch it and try connecting again.
  3. Turn off Wi-Fi, then turn it back on and try connecting again.
  4. Turn your iPhone into airplane mode for 5 seconds.
